If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference? Or Do You Offer Refund or Cancellations or Returns?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amounts. Due to the nature of the instant digital download and the personalization of our items, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns. No returns, cancellations, or refunds, on items that have left our shop and was lost or arrived late due to weather conditions, post office strikes, holidays, or closures during shipping from the postal carrier company. We will try to assist in making a claim if necessary. Make sure to use the best method of production and shipping if rush on an order and expedited shipping is needed.

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

Yes, most of our physical listings are made customized and are personalized please read the description of that item for more information. For digital products you will need to customize it yourself and also personalize the item after download. You will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or use the Pro paid version. You can edit using your tablet, mobile device, or computer laptop or desktop.

Will a physical item be shipped to me?

For our digital instant downloads listing, nothing will be shipped to you. For our physical items such as books, wooden puzzles, wooden signs, or any physical items, then yes those will be mailed via USPS ground shipping for free shipping (if available for that item) or whatever other shipping method you select at checkout.

What is a digital download file?

A digital download file is a digital file that you can edit by using computer software Canva. Our digital files are Canva formatted and will not have any of our watermark. The file will contain the image on the listing and the texts as reference. You cannot edit the images on the pages. Only texts can be edited or moved on the page. You can add text, delete text, and change the font to the free version on Canva or use the already provided text in the file you're editing. You can also add pages or delete pages. pages

Can I edit the pdf file sent to me?

The pdf file sent to you after purchase is not the design unless specified in the listing. You will not be able to edit the PDF sent to you. You will need to click on the link on the PDF file and create a free Canva account in order to edit your downloaded files.

Can I edit the images on the templates or the sizing of the templates?

The images are not editable. The images are not scalable meaning you cannot move the images. The sizing of the templates cannot be enlarged or scaled down.

Can I copy the designs to resell?

The designs have copyrights to them. They are intended for personal use. The original designer owns the right to the images and may follow up with a legal claim of misuse. These designs were curated for Taylor Nursery Print shop and licensing fees were paid for Taylor Nursery Prints to resell for commercial use. No alterations, no copies, no changes, no mass production of the images. This is prohibited and not allowed.

This applies only to listings that specifies a proof needs to be confirmed for final printing. Due to Etsy's privacy policy, we do not email proofs. We only send proofs via the Etsy platform. Please check your Etsy message either on the app or the website for all communications with our shop.

If I do not confirm my order after the 24 hour window what happens next?

If you do not confirm your proof for personalized items after 24 hours, we will proceed with the information you provided in the personalization section of the listing. If there are any misspellings, wrong date, or no date mentioned in the personalization box then that will be the information we print and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed due to the personalization of the items.

Can you edit my home address or email address?

Unfortunately, due to Etsy's policy we do not have access to your personal email information since this is used to logon to your Etsy account. If your home address or delivery address is incorrect, then we will contact you via the Etsy platform to correct your home address. If you do not respond then the order will be cancelled and you will receive notification via Etsy as to why the order was cancelled.
