I made a purchase but can't download the file.

After you pay for the item, Etsy’s payment system processes your transaction. This usually happens instantly, allowing you to download your order right away. However, in some cases, payment processing may be delayed for up to 72 hours. If this happens, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided during checkout.

I purchased an overlay pack from my mobile phone, and I don’t understand where to download it.

We highly recommend making purchases while logged into your Etsy account from desktop devices. This ensures that you can easily access and download your files from the "Purchases" section of your account. For the best experience, sign in and complete your purchase on a computer, as files cannot be downloaded on mobile devices. Additionally, it is recommended not to sign in or make a purchase using Apple ID from a mobile device. In some cases, the system may not retrieve your email address, which means you won’t receive the download link. This may also cause issues logging in later on a PC with your Apple ID. You can find your download her: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchase If you encounter any issues, feel free to message us directly.

Returns and Cancellations are not available.

Since this is a digital product, returns and cancellations are not available. Once you have downloaded the file, the order cannot be refunded or canceled.

The product is strictly prohibited from being sold, resold, published as your own work, distributed, or shared in any way. The overlay pack you purchased is for use on your own channel only. However, you can purchase it as a gift.
