✺ Our processing time is 2-7 business days, most orders USUALLY ship within 3 business days. Please consider full processing time while placing your order to ensure you get your item on time.

✺ Our cutoff date of Christmas is 3rd of December. Please order by then to ensure you will receive your items by 24th of December.

✺ We do not send design proof unless requested by a buyer, as it slows down the production process. Any grammar errors made in personalization box by the client do not qualify for a refund or a reprint. We are happy to offer a larger discount for a reprint.
✺ A lot of fonts, especially retro and cursive ones have a specific look, we can not change individual letters and they will be printed as it is.
✺ It is to our discretion of how we use fonts in a custom design. Sometimes we can see that something doesn't look right, so we will edit the design slightly to make it look better.
