Gift wrapping and packaging

Most of my items are wrapped carefully and sent out in a brown gift box (when applicable). If different gift wrap is required, we can arrange an extra surcharge.

If your item arrives damaged from traveling to you, you can send me photos of the item to assess it and we can either look at sending you a replacement (only items I have more in stock of at the time) or sending it back for a refund. I will ask for your help filing an insurance claim if returning it is the option of choice.

Shipments within the lower 48 can take up to 5 days to arrive after I ship out with first class mail. Anywhere else can take up to 14 business days or more in some cases with regular mail. Customs can slow that time sometimes as well, so patience is key.

Custom fees and import taxes, etc

Buyers are responsible for paying any custom fees, import taxes, duty fees, etc.

A majority of my rings are fully adjustable. I have adjusted them from a US size 5 up to a US size 12 on some. It will state in the listing if it is adjustable or not.

Custom forms marked as?

All of my orders that require a customs form can not be marked as a gift or present. They are all marked as merchandise.

Expected Delivery Times

PLEASE NOTE!!! Expected delivery times of items ordered may be longer due to carrier delays. Please allow additional time in order to compensate for any delays that the carrier may accrue while the package is in their hands.

Why did my cufflinks arrive with different colored cufflink stems?

Due to supply issues, if you ordered a pair of cufflinks that is photographed and listed to have "brass tone cufflink stems" and you received them with "silver tone cufflink stems", please note that all of the cufflinks listings have a disclaimer at the top explaining what is going on. This issue is ongoing due to supply chain issues. If you are unhappy with the different colored cufflink stems on your cufflinks, please contact me.
