How quickly can you dispatch?

I aim to dispatch all orders with 1-2 working days, orders are treated in arrival order and will ship second class. Need it sooner? Be sure to select a postal upgrade from the selection at checkout. Weekends are not dispatch days, if you order on a Friday (after 1pm) or weekend your card will be posted on Monday. This is subject to me having the relevant information/personalisation details for your card. Please check your messages from me, as if information is missing it could delay posting.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery date is shown on each listing, however delivery times with Royal Mail are estimates and are NOT guaranteed. You have the option to upgrade to First Class, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout, this does not guarantee delivery by a certain date. Once I have dispatched an order the delivery process is down to Royal Mail and out of my control. Refunds are not issued for items that have not arrived after 14 working days. Unfortunately refunds are not offered for items that arrive later than expected for a specific occasion.

Can you print/handwrite a message inside the card for me?

Absolutely! Please include a message with your order with what you would like inside the card. Please state whether you would prefer a printed or handwritten message and ensure all spellings are correct.

Can you send direct to the recipient?

I am happy to dispatch your card direct to the recipient free of charge. Please ensure that you have included a message of what you would like inside the card, whether you would like the message printed or handwritten and the address you would like the card sent to.

What if the personalisation on the card is incorrect?

If the typing error is down to me I will repost your order First Class immediately. If the error is due to you, eg; incorrect spelling or information missing, unfortunately you would need to reorder supplying the correct information. Please do contact me if you have any issues or problems with your order.
