What if my package doesn’t arrive?

Please reach out to me if your package seems delayed or is marked delivered but not received. While shipping carriers handle transit and delivery, I don’t want you to be left without your order. I’ll work with you to find the best solution depending on the situation.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! All orders include tracking so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally lag, but most orders arrive within the estimated time frame. All orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail include a tracking number provided thru Etsy. The tracking number does not work if plugged into USPS.

What if my package is marked “delivered” but I don’t see it?

Sometimes carriers scan packages early or leave them in unexpected places. I recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. This is rare for packages, and more common with First Class Mail. In this instance, the mail may be marked 'Delivered' a few days in advance. If it still doesn’t show up, please contact me, I’ll help as much as I can.

What’s the difference between Ground Advantage and First Class Mail, and which do you use?

It depends on the product! Smaller, flat, and lightweight items like Kindle inserts, bookmarks, stickers, and decals ship with First Class Mail. These usually come in a flat brown envelope, and the tracking only updates here on Etsy (not through USPS directly). These are the equivalent of stamped mail. Everything else ships with Ground Advantage, which comes in a padded mailer or box and includes full USPS tracking you can follow step by step.

I absolutely love the product. The only tiny suggestion would be to have a hole for the button on the Kobo Libro color on the back, but it’s completely fine without it. It was just a thought I had.
