Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific request through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. Please view the listing pictures and description for sizing charts, color charts, size of the design and care instructions. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

In order to bring our designs to life, we partner with a local printing shop to offer you quality and sustainability. Therefore, we do not offer pictures before we ship the items. Please view the listing photos. There we have product videos, pictures and a size chart. Please read the description in the listings to know how big the design is.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. All of our care instructions, sizing details are included in the listing. It is your responsibility to read the listing images and also the description. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you may be entitled to a free replacement if you provide us with photo evidence within 48 hours of your product arriving. All affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it sooner please let us know before you purchase so that we can select the correct shipping profile, this way your item can be processed within 2 days. Please know that shipping rates may increase. You are responsible for all shipping fees in express delivery. This option may not be available for all of our listings or for all of our colors.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

UpliftThreadsCo is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once the item has been shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer will not receive a refund. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped? What if my order didn't reach me on time, can I return it?

If an item is returned to sender/seller: If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. If an order is delayed: Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you on time. Shipping is out of our control.
