If your package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, we can arrange for a new shipment, but the buyer will be responsible for the cost. Do you offer gift wrapping ?

Currently, we don't provide specific gift wrapping; however, we do ensure careful packaging for the safety of our jewelry during transit. Each order comes in an elegant velvet pouch for a beautiful presentation. If you'd like, you can request an additional pouch or a paper gift bag as an alternative gift-wrapping option. By default, and to minimize environmental impact, only one pouch will be sent unless otherwise requested.

Do you provide a certificate of quality upon request ?

Our sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry pieces are marked with a stamp that attests to their quality. You will consistently see the "s925" stamp for sterling silver and "14KGF 1/20" for gold-filled. We do not provide certification specifying the quality/nature of our stones, as this process is optional for non-graded pieces used in handmade jewelry, and can be extremely costly, making it difficult for small businesses without gemological partnerships to access. Please be assured that we select our suppliers/lapidaries based on their accreditations, professionalism, and experience in the jewelry industry, and we stand behind every piece you receive.

I received a wrong item/item that doesn't match the description.

Why don't my natural stones look the same as in the main photo ?

My jewelry is turning black/leaving green marks, is this normal ?

This can be aggravated by external factors such as sweating, perfumes, beauty products, saltwater, or chlorine. Gold-filled jewelry consists of a thick layer of gold applied to a brass base. While gold is unalterable, the brass base may react with skin that has high pH/acidity, causing color changes (usually green).
