1. Are all of your products made to order?

Yes. All of our products are custom, made-to-order items. Once your order is placed, it is promptly sent to our trusted, professional USA-based printing partner to be printed, packaged and shipped. We do not hold physical inventory, as each order is produced specifically for you. Orders are printed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. We stand proud that all of our products are manufactured, printed and shipped from within the USA.

2. Do you offer personalization?

Yes, we offer a selection of personalized wrapping paper designs within our store. In addition, many of our existing designs can also be customized with names, dates, or short messages upon request. If you would like a personalized version of a design that is not currently listed as customizable, please contact us before placing your order. This allows us to confirm the details, ensure the design is suitable for personalization, and avoid production delays. All personalization requests must remain within our design and intellectual property guidelines. Once confirmed, we will guide you through the next steps with confidence.

3. What wrapping paper size options do you offer?

Each of our wrapping paper listings includes a size chart for your reference. Please review the size options carefully before placing your order to ensure the size you select arrives as expected. Our small size is printed as a single loose sheet (29" x 20"), while our medium size (29" x 72") and large size (29" x 144") are printed on rolls. Placing your order confirms that you have viewed the size guide preview image and are confident in your selection. If you are unsure which size you need, we strongly recommend measuring in advance and contacting us before ordering, as we are always happy to assist.

4. How do your processing times differ from your shipping times?

Every order includes a processing and printing timeframe, followed by a separate shipping timeframe. Processing and printing occur first and take place Monday through Friday, and these timeframes apply to every order. Estimated processing and shipping times are clearly shown on each listing for your convenience. Once your item has printed and is ready to ship, you will receive a message with your tracking number. After your package is collected by USPS, delivery timing follows their schedule and may vary, particularly during peak periods such as the holiday season from November through late December. Ordering early is always recommended to allow for both processing and transit timeframes.

5. What is your cut-off date for Christmas deliveries?

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than December 5. This cut-off date accounts for both processing and printing time, followed by USPS shipping transit time. Orders placed after this date may still arrive before Christmas, but delivery may be affected due to weather related delays and increased carrier volume during the holiday season. Processing, printing, and shipping continue Monday through Friday, and delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control once the package has been handed over to USPS. Ordering early is the best way to avoid holiday related delays.

6. Why is the shipping cost the same for all wrapping paper sizes?

Our shipping costs are set by our printing partner and factor in more than just the cost of postage by USPS, as this cost also includes protective handling and packaging. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged by hand, not by machines, to ensure your wrapping paper arrives undamaged and gift-ready. Before shipping, each roll or sheet is placed inside a protective plastic sleeve, then securely packed into rigid, triangular premium quality cardboard mailing tubes designed to prevent bending, creasing, or edge damage during transit. This packaging method is required for every order, including single sheets, which is why the shipping cost does not vary by size or quantity. As an added bonus, all shipping materials are fully recyclable.

7. Can I get a refund or exchange for my order?

Due to our entire product range being custom, made-to-order items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or ordering errors. Each order is produced specifically for you once it is placed and is sent directly to our print provider for production. If your order arrives with a print-related issue or a production defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to quality and will work with you to resolve any verified printing or production concerns, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
