What If I Have Given The Incorrect Address?

We can only ship to the address on the order. If you have given an incorrect address you will need to contact us. We will then cancel the order so you can update your details and then reorder. 14K Gold Fill. Our gold rings are handmade using the highest quality 14K pure Gold Filled wire which is composed of a layer of solid gold pressure bonded to copper. How To Care For Your Silver Jewellery

All silver naturally tarnishes at varying speeds depending on what the metal is exposed to. This includes natural skin acidity, which varies from one person to another, perfumes, cosmetics, suncreams, water etc.... The good news is that it is easy to clean with warm soapy water and, if you have it, an old, soft, toothbrush. Give it a scrub in the warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. If this doesn't work fully you can purchase proprietory silver cleaners online or in shops and your ring will be back to it's lovely, shiny finish. You will need to clean it every so often.

How do I know what Size I Need?

Gauge: Your piercer should be able to tell you what size you were pierced with. If you can't find this out, here's a backup: Insert a standard earring post through your piercing, this is going to be a 20g size post. If it fits snugly, then your gauge size will be 20g. If you can move it around a little bit, try an 18g size. If you can move it around quite a bit, then you probably want a 16g.
