Delivery/Shipping Costs will be the actual cost to send your fabric to you. Please contact us with your proposed order so we can advise on the delivery cost, and your shipping options.

We currently use Royal Mail's sign for service or DPD Couriers, and their next day, UK delivery service. If using DPD Couriers, we will give them either your email address or text number so that they can advise you when to expect delivery. If you do not wish us to do this, please advise asap.

We will aim to process your order within 1 to 3 working days, but will contact you if for some reason the order will take longer than this to cut and send.

We will always aim to meet the quoted delivery times, however, sometimes problems can occur which are outside of our control. If you are experiencing late delivery of your order, over the stated delivery times, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavor to help trace the parcel, using the Royal Mail (or other courier service) tracking number or by contacting the Carrier. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any parcels once they have left our control and, should an order go missing, we will not be able to pass on compensation until an investigation has taken place and compensation has been received from the Carrier, if applicable. Compensation paid will be limited to the amount received from the Carrier.

Please note that, although we are happy to accept returns on our purely hemp collection, we cannot accept fabric back that has been cut to order, unless faulty. All fabric is quality control checked, when cut to order, prior to despatch. Please therefore order a sample/s prior to ordering fabric by the metre, to test for suitability.

Please inspect thoroughly all items as soon as you receive them and before signing for them, to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit. If you see any signs of damage, please make a written note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel, and notify us immediately by email (within 1 day so that a claim may be made against the carrier company).

Please note that delivery times quoted are based on UK deliveries. Please email us if you are ordering from overseas and wish to know an estimated delivery time or to make any special delivery arrangements (actual shipping cost to be charged).
