Custom orders and reservations?

We will make reservations on items or issue an individual order at your request. Reservations are valid for 36 hours, unless an additional reservation period is agreed.

• We pack very carefully to ensure your purchase arrives safe and sound. We are confident in our packaging and guarantee the safety of the goods. • Materials for packaging goods are environmentally friendly and certified. • For inner packaging, cardboard boxes, corrugated cardboard or bubble wrap or other materials are used, the space between the product and the rigid box is filled with paper. • For international transportation, reliable boxes are used, which are additionally marked with red “Handle with Care” stickers. • Please note that we always reuse packaging.

• Please note that a package that has arrived and is ready for collection is stored for several days (7 – 10 – 14 days). The shelf life of parcels at the point of receipt depends on the rules in force in your country, city or post office. • After the receipt period has expired, the parcel will be sent back if it weighs 1-2 kg, or will not be sent back (3 kg or more), but will be considered unclaimed. In this case, tracking no longer works and the fate of the parcel is unknown. • Monitor the movement of the parcel and receive it at the post office on time. We do not issue refunds if the package is not received on time and returned to the store. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Product description and Measurements

All products in our store are photographed in daylight. The description of the goods is detailed, if there are any shortcomings or defects - this is all described in detail and demonstrated in the photo and marked with a green marker. The sizes of all products are indicated in the product description. There is a section in the product description - "Measurements" - Diameter and Height in cm and if volume, then this is the full volume to the top edge in ml. We do not accept returns or exchanges because the buyer did not read the description or did not pay attention to the dimensions and volume.

Desireé dishes inspired by Hans Christian Andersen fairytales are produced since 1970 and today are a true "gem" for collectors.

The pattern is in relief and the plate is hand-decorated in classic shades of cobalt blue light applied.

The plates was produced in limited quantities only and exclusively in the year reported on the plate itself and the production ended at the end of the year with the destruction of the original shape that made it so impossible to reproduce.
