How to care for my wooden amulet?

1) Wooden Items without a lacquer finish: All my items without lacquer finish has been treated with some kind of oil (mostly linseed oil) to conserve the wood and its beauty for longer time. To have your amulet always in perfect condition, you can clean it with a towel soaked in some kind oil once a month. It is not recommended to take a shower or to bath with your wooden amulets. 2) Wooden Items with a lacquer finish: I'm working with acrylic water based lacquer, which is not toxic and environmentally friendly. You can clean your items with a towel soaked in furniture oil. It is not recommended to take a shower or to bath with your wooden amulets.

How to care for my metal item?

> Tibetan Silver, Bronze and Brass are no precious metals, they can mist up with time. With frequent body contact this happens faster. > To make these jewelry pieces last, keep them away from sweat, oil, perfume, lotion, water, and any other products moisture and chemicals. You can brighten up them with using a polishing cloth. > It is not recommended to take a shower or to bath with your amulets. > High acid skin in some people can actually pit the metal surfaces making it appear gray and dull. Sometimes it changes the color of jewelry to copper which unfortunately cannot be cleaned away. This chemical reaction to higher than normal acid levels on the skins’ surface which in turn, can etch or pit almost any metal finish.

Is the jewelry antiallergic?

Yes. I work only with Lead Free & Nickel Free materials.
