How will I receive my digital print?

After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF file with a link to a Google Drive folder. There, you can download your print in multiple sizes—no Google account required. Just click the link, choose your size, and download to print at home or through a print service.

What should I do if I need a different size?

I’m happy to help! Just message me with the size you need, and I’ll provide a custom file at no extra charge.

Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?

No—my artwork is for personal use only. If you’re interested in licensing or commercial use, feel free to reach out and we can discuss options.

Do you take custom requests?

I’m not currently offering fully custom illustrations, but I’m happy to make small edits to existing prints (like resizing or changing text). I also love hearing what you’d like to see in the shop—feel free to message me with ideas or suggestions for future artwork!

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products, I don’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. This is also Etsy’s policy for digital items. That said, if you run into any issues with your files, please reach out—I’m always happy to help!

Can I print these at home or do I need a print shop?

You can print at home, through a local print shop, or using an online service. For best results, I recommend printing on heavyweight matte paper.

Will the colors look exactly the same when printed?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your printer, paper, and screen settings. I do my best to ensure accurate colors, but every printer setup is a little different.
