Elizabeth's"s European Vacation, Rare, MADC Premiere Souvenir, LE, 133/200, Madame Alexander, 11" Lissy Doll, Box, Wrist Tag, COA, Paperwork is from this strictly Limited Edition. Original box is in good condition with clear label, nice overall finish and shape, only very superficial finish imperfections on lid top and nice flat lid top. This is a MADC created in 2008. She is an 11" Lissy face doll, not to be confused with the 8" dolls. I do not carry this size doll stand but the Cissette stand does work for the Lissy dolls, if you elect to purchase. (Note: Doll descriptive details in 2nd paragraph). Restringing was not needed due to proper care/storage. Hair retains original side ponytails and head scarf, hairnet. Lissy doll eyes click when opened and shut, as the mechanism is hard plastic. Articulated joints are as follows: Head, shoulders, thighs, (up and down, side to side), elbows, knees... and all function as new. Waist does not swivel. Garments, undergarments, elastic, shoes, shoe soles, are all exemplary. Accessories are in original mini Madame Alexander boxes and re complete and in new condition. Innocent, wide eyed, and beautifully poseable, who could resist this charming little Elizabeth Lissy? Her perfect travel ensemble is both casual and elegant, with an interesting and captivating medley of patterns, textures and colors. Tweed car coat is swing style, with front snap closure covered by contrast color buttons. It features upturned cuffs and rounded collar. Empire waist, sleeveless, patterned top underneath is babydoll style, with generous gathers below the grosgrain ribbon waistband. Paired with her matching head scarf, tapered denim jeans and custom ballerina flats with high profile backs, she is completely unique and special! Complete with detailed, contrast stitch backpack, passport, camera and scrapbook, I can't imagine a more suitably sweet doll to represent the excitement of a European vacation!

MY MISSION: I provide a doll for you that is fully ready for display on arrival at your home, beautiful and sturdy. Any flaws I detect which I could not remedy will be documented in the listing and doll priced accordingly. I keep extensive computer files on each listing with doll and box images.)The boxes, being the original homes for the dolls, are in variable condition, dependent on the original owner's care and storage. I will always mention box condition with the listing, or sleep eyes that open manually.

MY PROCESS: I remove from the box to re-style the hair and inspect/correct for anything that might be remiss. I feel this step is more important than listing "never removed from box." My patrons will know there will be no loose snaps, no tangled locks, damaged apron strings, no fragile, weakened rubber bands, ( I re-string when needed) no stained or faded clothing or problems with undergarments, no necklaces trapped in the neck or tresses. I restring with elastic cord, the preferred archival choice of "doll doctors."
