You can find jewelry made of 14k solid gold or sterling silver at our store. Because we're big fans of yellow gold, we often gold-plated our sterling silver jewelry. On our Etsy site, you'll often see the gold-plated version because it's easier to photograph. We do the gold-plating ourselves, and this is done with the utmost care. Gold-plated jewelry will eventually lose its gold color, and your jewelry will then regain its original silver color. The base material we use for gold-plating is always the highest quality sterling silver. Tips to enjoy your gold-plated jewelry for as long as possible: don't use perfumes or greasy creams on your jewelry, and remove your ring as often as possible when washing your hands. Try not to shower with it in. If you invest in a piece of solid gold jewelry made of 14k gold, you can enjoy it for a lifetime and you can wash your hands, shower, etc. with it.
