What kind of paper do you use?

We use 90gsm high-quality, eco-friendly wrapping paper printed through a trusted production partner. Our paper is thick and durable, with vivid, high-resolution patterns and a smooth finish. It's made to impress—and built to last through shipping, wrapping, and unwrapping.

What sizes are available?

We offer three roll sizes: 3 feet, 6 feet, and 15 feet. We always recommend measuring your gifts before ordering to ensure you purchase enough paper—especially for larger items or multiple packages.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! We proudly offer custom orders. If you don’t see our custom listing available in the shop, feel free to send us a message to discuss your project—we love collaborating on one-of-a-kind designs.

How long will shipping take?

Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days, followed by 8–10 business days for shipping. At this time, expedited shipping is not available, so please plan accordingly when placing your order. International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout once you’ve entered your shipping address.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the highly automated nature of our production and our direct integration with our printing partner, we do not accept returns, and cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Our production costs are tied directly to our print provider, so refunds can only be offered if the printer is willing to issue one. That said, we’re fully committed to your satisfaction—please reach out with any concerns and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your wrapping paper arrives damaged, our print partner requires photos in order to process any refund. Please send at least one clear photo of the damage, including the wrapping paper unrolled and showing the design side. Without this, we are unable to request a refund on your behalf.

Is your wrapping paper recyclable?

Yes! All of our wrapping paper is recyclable, making it both beautiful and sustainable.

Will the paper arrive rolled or in sheets?

All of our wrapping paper is delivered in rolled form—never folded. This ensures a crease-free, professional finish for your gifts every time.
