Custom and personalised orders

While I don’t take traditional custom orders (my ADHD makes it hard to guarantee consistency), I’m always open to hearing your ideas! If you’re after a small tweak or you’re looking for a tool to support your tabletop sessions in a specific way, feel free to message me. If it’s something I can realistically do with the materials and time I have, I’m happy to chat about a one-off. I’m also always gathering ideas for new listings that make D&D more accessible, fun, and functional—so even if I can’t make it now, your suggestion might inspire a new, permanent product!

Will you restock sold out items or designs?

Honestly? Most of the time - no. I tend to follow wherever the dopamine leads, which means I often hyper focus on a design or product type, make a bunch, and then move on to something new that grabs my attention. So once something’s gone, it’s usually gone for good! In the future, I hope to work in themed collections—releasing a batch of items made from the same materials or inspired by a shared design aesthetic. For now, I’m mostly focused on building up my digital catalogue of tools and templates, with a growing variety of styles to suit different preferences and play styles and these will never sell out unless I remove the listing for any reason (hopefully unlikely!)

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don’t currently offer traditional gift wrapping as a paid service, but I do my best to make every order feel special! Wherever possible, I package items in handmade fabric pouches and use paper-based wrapping to reduce environmental impact—no unnecessary plastic, just materials that can be repurposed, reused, or regifted later on. If your order is a gift, let me know at checkout or message me in advance! I might be able to include a small extra, pick packaging in the recipient’s favourite colours, or do something a little special to make it feel magical. I can’t always guarantee add-ons, but I love making packages feel like presents—even when you’ve bought them for yourself!

Do you accept bardic inspiration as payment?

While a well-timed D&D-themed pun is always appreciated, I do need real gold (or, you know, actual money) to keep the tavern lights on. That said, I’m always open to ideas that feel like a reward for a completed quest! If you’re a fellow maker or small business, feel free to message me about potential product swaps, mutually beneficial collabs, or even content trades if you’ve got a high enough persuasion modifier. I can’t promise I’ll say yes to every offer, but I do love creative exchanges and supporting others in the crafting and TTRPG community—so if you’ve got an idea, roll for charisma and reach out!

Every listing in my shop includes detailed sizing info both in the written description and in a visual reference image to help you get a feel for the product’s dimensions before you buy. Whether it’s a dice tray, pouch, or keychain, I try to show how big things are and how they’ll work in practice. If you're ever unsure or want more context—like how many dice something can hold, how it fits in a backpack, or how easy it is to lug around with you to your games — please don’t hesitate to reach out. Are your products only for D&D players?

While many of my designs are inspired by the wonderful chaos of Dungeons & Dragons, they’re absolutely not exclusive to D&D tables! My trays, pouches, and digital tools work just as well for other TTRPGs, collectible card games, board games, art and craft storage, or general desk organisation. If you love colour, whimsy, and a little nerdy flair, you’ll probably find something here that sparks joy—no wisdom check required. I’m a crafty gal at heart, so there’s always a bit of crossover in my designs. Just be warned: my product names and descriptions come with a healthy dose of D&D-style humour and silliness!

Wholesale availability

While I’m not currently offering wholesale, it’s a long-term goal and I’d love to hear from you if you’re a retailer or organiser looking for colourful, nerdy accessories that stand out! I’m especially keen to connect with game stores, con vendors, and community organisers who share a love for accessible, personality-filled gaming gear. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I’m based in Australia but happily ship worldwide so adventurers everywhere can gear up in style. Shipping times will vary depending on where you’re located, and I always do my best to get your order packed and sent off quickly. Please be aware that international orders can take a little longer to arrive, especially during busy holiday periods or due to customs delays. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, so be sure to check with your local postal service if you’re unsure what to expect. What’s your processing time?

I typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. However, as someone with ADHD, my mental health can sometimes impact my pace, so occasionally there might be slight delays. If a significant delay is expected for any reason, I always send a message to keep you informed and updated. After processing, shipping times depend on Australia Post’s current service levels and destination. I provide tracking details for every order so you can monitor your parcel’s journey. What should I do if I have trouble downloading or using my digital files?

Digital downloads should be available instantly after purchase - you'll receive a digital card with a link to the Google Drive folder with all versions of your files. If you can’t find your download or have trouble opening the files, first check your spam or junk email folder. Make sure you’re logged into the correct Etsy account used to buy the files. For file compatibility, I provide PDFs and PNGs designed to work on most devices and printers, but if you need help opening, printing, or editing, please reach out!
