What type of print is this?

Direct to Garment printing (DTG) is a way to permanently print designs on fabric. Instead of sitting on top like a sticker, the colors soak into the fabric. It works by spraying water-based ink directly onto the fabric and then drying it to make it strong. The prints come out looking vibrant and high quality. Over time, any print on fabric can fade a bit, but with DTG, as long as you wash the garment normally, it won't peel or fade drastically.

How do I know what size to order?

Check out the photo size chart in the listing's photo section. Our Eternal Cove apparel is usually unisex and is true to size with a relaxed fit. If you want a tighter fit, go down a size. For an oversized look, please go up 1-2 sizes. Another way to find your size is by measuring your favorite shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie and comparing those measurements to the size chart in the listing's photo.

How do I take care of my apparel?

To keep your clothes looking fresh after every wash, please follow these easy steps: Wash: using warm water with only non-chlorine bleach. Turn your clothes inside out and wash them with similar colors. Tumble dry: Set your dryer to low heat. For even longer-lasting clothes, you can air dry them instead. Remember not to dry clean or iron the printed area of your apparel.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

Since all Items are made to order We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. But if there's an issue with the print quality or any damages when you get it, please contact us right away. We'll sort out a replacement quickly! Please Note: Any printing errors must be reported within 30 days of receiving your item in order to qualify for a reprint. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reprints after this timeframe. Thank you for your understanding. We want our customers to love what they buy and be happy! ❤

I ordered multiple items

If you ordered multiple items, they may be sent in different packages from our print provider. Please contact us if you do not receive a second tracking number. After we ship an item, please give it 1-3 business days for the tracking number to start showing movement.

Lost or stolen packages

Once we've shipped your package, Eternal Cove can't be held responsible for it. Please double check your address before checkout. If your package gets lost during shipping, please tell us within 4 weeks after the expected delivery date. If it's our mistake, we'll cover it. We'll do everything we can to help you and ensure you have a great experience from start to end of shopping with us.

If there are misspelled names or wrong shipping addresses due to the client's mistake, we can't refund the order once it's shipped. You can buy replacements at full price. If you need to change the shipping address, please message me before we ship it out. We're always happy to help & understand mistakes happen, please contact us ASAP to better assist you.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?

If the carrier marks the package as delivered, but you haven't received it, we won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Sometimes, the delivery might have been made, but the package was left in an unexpected spot at your address. You should contact the carrier and check if the delivery person left any additional details.

Can I cancel an order?

You have 1 hour from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation. After the 1-hour window has passed, production on your item will begin. Please message us as soon as possible so we can assist you!
