All orders are shipped via FedEX Express for security and faster delivery. It takes 3-5 business days to USA-Canada, 1-3 days to Europe and 5-8 days anywhere else. We will also do our best to process it as fast as possible. Just leave us a note with your dates to let us know. Please note that this time does not include production time.

The bracelet is as described. I did 7 inches and it was too small for my boyfriend unfortunately. The product itself is high-quality and what you would imagine from the pictures. It comes in a lovely box with tissue and a certificate about authenticity and a nice little pouch. I gave fewer stars for shipping because it was shipped the wrong address but five stars for customer service because they help me make it right
