Please refer to our size guides in each listing. If for some reason (likely an error) you do not see a size guide associated with a listing, please send us a message and we will be happy to get you the appropriate information.

We want your Louise Layne, LLC item to last as long as possible, so please wash all clothing items inside-out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for a customer’s failure to wash items correctly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

What brand(s) are your t-shirts and sweatshirts?

At Louise Layne we choose only the best quality clothing for our designs; pieces we’d want to wear or give to our friends and family. So for us that means we use Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, or Gildan. If you’d like to see these brands in person, most Hobby Lobby’s, Michael’s or JoAnn’s Fabrics carry these (plain) t-shirts in store!

Why don’t you accept returns or exchanges?

Our shop is Print-On-Demand, so each and every order that is placed is printed only when it’s ordered. We don’t have inventory to replace or exchange an item. Therefore, we encourage you to check our size guides carefully before ordering. However, we are always willing to work with our customers if an order issues arises. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns!

PRINTING🖌️

Our designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on many of our designs, and a feel that is similar to screen printing (which avoids the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).
Slight variances in color and size are normal compared to what you see on a computer screen, or mobile device, however if you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via Etsy messaging.
