Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

All original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.) must be included.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Restocking Fee & Shipping:

If the item is returned for reasons other than a defect or error on our part (e.g., change of mind, personal taste), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
