All original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.) must be included.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Restocking Fee & Shipping:

If the item is returned for reasons other than a defect or error on our part (e.g., change of mind, personal taste), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
