All of our apparel have unisex sizing. They run larger than your typical women’s but are slightly smaller than a typical men’s. To determine the most accurate fit, please refer to the size chart in the listing, prior to placing your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrapping or gift messages at this time. All orders will arrive in standard shipment packaging.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the personalization of each product, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order is placed. However, if your product is damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask that you reach out to us to let us know. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

Please get in touch with us before placing a custom order for any of our products. We're happy to discuss the possibilities and let you know if your customization request can be accommodated. Orders with personalized requests without prior shop approval will be processed incorrectly, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.

Shipping and delivery

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this time. For specific shipping details, please refer to the estimated arrival dates provided in each listing. For local residents, we do not offer pickup. For tracking purposes, all orders are shipped through our Etsy shop, and delivery times are beyond our control once parcels are handed over to our delivery providers. ♡ SIZING:
The fit is standard unisex. Please refer to the sizing chart provided. We suggest measuring your favourite sweatshirt and comparing it to our measurements, in order to select the best fit. Generally, it's best to order your usual size. If you prefer a more fitted sweatshirt, size down. If you prefer an oversized sweatshirt, size up.

We use a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing method. Our designs are printed directly into the product. This method is very durable and provides a soft, breathable image feel.

♡ STYLES:
Please make sure to review the colour chart in the listing carefully, prior to ordering. Shirt colour may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.

♡ CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn the fabric inside out before washing. Machine wash in cold water. Dry in low heat. Alternatively, hang or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach and avoid fabric softeners. Do not iron directly onto the design.

♡ SHIPPING:
We happily offer combined shipping when you purchase more than one item in the same order. You’ll only pay full shipping on the first item, and each additional item will ship at a reduced rate. This discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code is required!

All items are made to order. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping. Orders ship from Canada and include tracking so that you can follow your delivery every step of the way!
