What if my item is defective?

If there is a defect with your item, please contact us as soon as possible before leaving a review. We are happy to resolve the issue! (Issues must be reported within 30 days after receiving the item.)

Customized orders cannot be exchanged. We do accept exchanges on standard orders. Since items are made to order, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the return shipping cost and we will cover the cost of shipping out the new item.

If your order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship the item.
