What does self-inking stamp mean?

My self-inking stamps have an ink reservoir and a permeable pad. Each time you use the stamp, ink saturates the ink pad and a stamp is left on your paper. You do not need a separate in ink pad.

How are your stamps different from other vendors?

My stamps come in a variety of case colors and ink colors. I offer many different fonts, graphics, and borders to further customize your stamp. My are both pretty and functional for your special text. My stamps are made in Northern Virginia.

What kind of ink do you use?

My stamps use high quality Japanese oil-based ink. The ink of ink is very important. The ink I use has a consistent appearance across various types of paper being stamped. The colors I offer are black, blue, purple, green, and red.

What size stamps do you offer?

I offer six different sizes. The measurements below are the stamp pad area. 40mmx10mm (1.57" x 0.4") Small Stamps 60mmx20mm (2.36" x 0.78") Medium Stamps 22mmx22mm (0.86" x 0.86") Square Stamps 35mmx20mm (1.37" x 0.78") Rectangle 25mm (1") Circle Stamps 60mmx30mm (2.36" x 1.2") Large Stamps

Can I use my logo or signature?

Yes, you can. For Signature Stamps: a. Make a 2.5" x 1" box on a sheet of white paper b. Write your signature in the box with a black 0.7mm pen. c. Take an even and well lit photo of your signature. Please minimize shadow. d. Send the photo to HanStamping [!at] gmail.com. Etsy Conversation is acceptable but will downgrade your image. For Logos: After purchase, email me you logo. Please provide a high quality bmp or jpeg. The image should be 300 dpi and 1500px on the long dimesion. The image must be a high contrast black and white image. I get best results from images without gradients.

📝 Best Use & Guidelines

This stamp works best on paper
• Not recommended for plastic or glossy surfaces, as the ink may not adhere properly.
• Black ink also works on fabrics with care:
1. Test on a sample fabric first.
2. Allow at least 48 hours before washing.
3. Works best on smooth cotton. Avoid silk or textured fabrics.
4. Handle with care—ink may permanently stain fabrics or surfaces.

⚠️ Please note: Ink will gradually lighten after repeated washes.
