Batch Differences Wallpaper is printed in batches, so slight variations may occur. For best results, order the full quantity at once. Lighting Final appearance may be influenced by wall condition and lighting (natural, artificial) can make colors appear warmer or cooler.

Care & Application Instructions Peel-and-Stick Wallpaper: No glue, paste, or water needed. Simply peel off the backing and apply to a smooth, clean, dry wall. For best results, walls should be primed and painted with an eggshell or satin finish. To remove, slowly peel from a corner. Traditional (Non-Pasted) Wallpaper: Requires wallpaper paste (not included). Paste should be applied to the wall only, not directly onto the wallpaper. Use soft tools and light pressure, especially on dark designs, using stiff brushes, excessive paste, or heavy smoothing pressure may cause visible marks Note: Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Refunds and Exchanges

As all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns or product refunds. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to read our item description and policies in full before purchasing, asking any questions you might have prior to checkout. All orders are processed after (1) business day. This allows you 24 hours to contact us in the event that you need to make changes to your order. After 24 hours, your item is already being produced and cannot be changed, edited, altered or cancelled.

Production / Shipping

As our item are made to order, each item requires time for production to take place. Production time is set to 1-3 business days after payment has cleared, though these times can vary based on order volume and seasonal shopping trends. While some orders may be completed and ready to ship much sooner, we allot ourselves this amount of time ensure that your order is correctly manufactured, labeled and packaged to ensure your satisfaction. Option #1: Standard shipping via USPS. Depending on your location, delivery time is estimated at 10-20 business days from the time your order ships. Option #2: Expedited Shipping via FedEx. Depending on your location, delivery time is estimated at 2-6 business days from the time your order ships

⚠️ Important Cold Weather Installation Notice (Peel & Stick Wallpaper)

During cold weather, peel&stick wallpaper may arrive feeling cold, stiff, less sticky. This is completely normal- the wallpaper isn't damaged. Peel&stick wallpaper uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive. In low temperatures, this type of adhesive temporarily hardens and loses tack-similar to how tape doesn’t stick well when it’s cold. Once wallpaper warms up, the adhesive softens and becomes sticky again. Important: Do not install immediately after delivery! Applying the wallpaper while it’s still cold cause it to not adhere properly. Let wallpaper sit at room temperature for 48h (longer if still feels cold) Ideal room temperature for installation: 59–82°F (15–28°C). Do not install below 59° Install only once the wallpaper feels fully warm

🛠️ IMPORTANT Peel and Stick instalation notes

Walls must be smooth, clean, dry, dust-free. Remove dirt, dust, grease, or residues with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and allow them to dry completely. Paint must be fully cured (min 3–4 weeks). Paints to avoid: matte, flat, washable, or high-gloss paints. These surfaces prevent proper adhesion. Avoid textured, unsealed, damp, freshly painted walls. Primer is recommended for plaster, chalk, or lime-painted surfaces. If the wallpaper does not stick well or the wall surface is not cooperating, use additional wallpaper adhesive spray to improve adhesion and achieve best result. Improper wall prep may cause peeling, lifting, or bubbles - this is not considered a defect in the wallpaper 💡 We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to test

A dust-free and clean wall is essential for the best adhesive performance. If there is dust or dirt, the wallpaper will stick to the particles instead of the wall, leading to peeling. Clean the wall using a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent to remove dust, dirt, and oils. Avoid using harsh chemicals or heavy-duty cleaners, as these can leave a residue that may affect the adhesive. Once cleaned, allow the wall to dry completely for 24 hours before applying the wallpaper.

Is the wallpaper pattern repeating or continuous?

Our wallpaper is designed more like a mural, usually featuring a large, continuous pattern that flows seamlessly from one panel to the next - it does not repeat with every panel. To ensure the pattern lines up perfectly, it’s important to apply the panels from left to right in the numbered order they arrive. Please note: cutting the panels into smaller sections or using leftover pieces to patch areas may cause the pattern to misalign. For the best results, we recommend requesting custom size pieces if needed and using the full panels as intended . 😊
