Once we’ve created a design that we absolutely love, the process of getting them onto products, packaging, and shipping is handed off to our trusted production partner. This collaboration allows us to ensure that every item meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

In order to ensure a great process for our customers, once orders are placed they immediately go into production. We're in communication with our production partners throughout the process, from printing to packaging, so that they can do what they do best and we can focus on what we do best – creating more fun and quirky designs for you!

✨Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Official Policy:
As each item is made-to-order and sent to production quickly after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

✨Shipping & Production
Production Time:
○ All our products are made-to-order, crafted just for you when you place an order. This approach helps reduce waste and overproduction, making it a more sustainable production choice. Thus, once your order is placed, it goes into production immediately.
○ Please double-check your shipping address, mug color, and mug size selections before finalizing your order, as we cannot make changes once the order is processed.
○ Production timeframes vary, but made to order production usually take 2-6 days. After your item is created, it will be shipped out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Timeframes:
○ Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production.
○ Expedited Shipping: Available on most items at checkout for quicker delivery (Note: This does not affect the production timeframe, production timeframes remain the same, expedited shipping only effects the delivery time that will be under Couriers control)
○ Holiday Delays: During holiday periods and event heavy seasons, delivery times may be longer due to increased order volumes. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
