Are all of Prince Jewelry NYC's listed items real and natural?

Our diamonds are 100% natural. Most of our gemstones are natural. Some are enhanced and clearly and visibly stated in the listings. All gold is SOLID and as advertised. Nothing less than the listed Karat weight. We also carry an assortment of Lab Grown Diamond options as well.

Custom and personalized orders

We’re happy to bring your design vision to life or recreate a cherished piece you’ve lost. Whether you have a photo or a simple sketch, we can work with it. Before production begins, we’ll provide you with a rendered image and a detailed design, including measurements, for your approval. Please note that personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded. Discounts and promotions do not apply to custom orders.

Payment Plans and Layaway Options

We offer a layaway option for customers who prefer to pay in installments. If you’d like to set up a layaway plan, please contact us. Layaway Terms: - A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. - Customers are responsible for tracking their payment progress. - Full payment must be received before production begins on made-to-order jewelry. - Orders will only be shipped once payment is completed in full. - All layaway purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded. - Plans with no payment activity for 3 months may be forfeited, and items will be removed from hold. - Please note that layaway payments, shipping fees, and rush order fees are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order after placing the order?

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. After that, a 40% restocking fee will apply to all canceled items. Since each piece is handmade, cancellations during production result in a loss for our small business.

What is your policy for damaged items?

At Prince Jewelry NYC, we take great care in crafting each piece and ensure that all jewelry is free from manufacturing defects before shipping. This includes issues such as faulty clasps, missing pavé stones, dents, or loose diamonds and prongs. However, this does not cover regular wear and tear, surface scratches, misshapen or stretched rings, lost jewelry, or damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or storage.

How do you ship internationally?

We use DHL Express and UPS worldwide shipping, it will be 1-3 business days and it is trackable. These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including the time of manufacturing.

Custom and personalized orders

Gold jewelry is exposed to natural oils, sweat, dust, and makeup over time. To maintain its luster, regular cleaning is essential. How to Clean Your Gold Jewelry: Mix 10 parts warm water with 2 parts mild dish soap for an effective cleaning solution. Soak your jewelry for about 3 hours to loosen dirt and buildup. Gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush to remove any residue. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Extra Shine Tip: Use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore brilliance—avoid paper towels or tissues, as they can cause scratches. Cleaning Frequency: Clean your jewelry only when necessary, such as when it appears dull or has built up residue. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they can damage the metals.

Does your free shipping come with signature required service?

Orders with free shipping are sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. For orders over $500, a signature is required upon delivery. If you’d like signature confirmation for a smaller order, you can select this option at checkout. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express or UPS using standard shipping, which does not require a signature.
