How do I personalize my phone case?

Please fill out the personalization section exactly as you would like the name to appear on the phone case. If your name exceeds the character limit, I will do my best to adjust the design just for you! All of my phone cases are personalized and I want your order to be exactly as you expect it to be.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a question about your order, do not hesitate to reach out to me! I will respond as soon as I possibly can. If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction I offer a "Love it Guarantee". This means, if you don't absolutely love your custom phone case I will refund your money!

What if I don't see exactly what I'm looking for?

I will be happy to collaborate and create a custom order just for you! Just reach out!

How long is production time?

Production time can vary depending on the design and level of personalization and communication back and forth during the design phase. It should be 3-7 days on average due to the personalization on each phone case. Each one is made to order once the sale is finalized.

My phone case colors don't look exactly like they did in the listing!

Based on the device you are viewing the listing with, the color profile may be brighter or darker than the actual printed version. If the colors or anything about the printing doesn't meet your satisfaction, I will re-issue another item or refund your money!

I don't see my phone model listed

If we don't have your phone model listed in the options drop down menu, we are unfortunately unable to get the case in that size, I'm so sorry!
