You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business. An address change can be applied any time before your order has shipped. Where is my order? / What if my order gets lost?

📦 Shipping & Lost Package Policy Please note that USPS and Royal Mail tracking may take up to 1 business day to update after shipment. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist you.
