How do custom and personalized orders work?

You add all the personalized information into the "Personalization Section" of the listing prior to checkout. Whether it is a personalized digital print or a physical product, such as: Personalized beach towel/blanket or cushion, we will respond to your purchase within 12h with a "Design Proof" for approval. Once approved by you, we will send your product to the printers and shipping. Or if it is a custom digital download art print, we will email you the final design as an attachment.

What is digital printable wall art, and how does it work?

Digital printable art is simply a digital file that can be printed at your convenience - from home or a professional print shop/online printing service. No physical product gets shipped, and you get access to your digital file instantly.

How will I get my digital printable wall art after purchase?

Upon payment, you will receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Alternatively, you can find the files you purchased in the "Your Purchases" section on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases 📣 Etsy mobile app DOES NOT show the download link. You can access your files by going to the Etsy website on a browser (either on mobile or desktop computer/laptop).

Where can I print my digital artwork?

If you only need a small print size, you can simply print the file using your home printer. However, for best quality results we recommend using a professional printing service either online or local print shop. Examples of such service providers: Shutterfly, Vistaprint, UPS Store, Target, Walmart, Snapfish, Office Works, Staples, Walgreens, Office Depot, Poster Jack, Finer Works, Costco, etc.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image, please contact us for further assistance.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery of product?

Due to the custom nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery of any of our products. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

If I leave a product review with photo for public viewing, what happens to that photo?

You give consent for our store to use that photo in future listing reviews and to promote our store on social networks.

What do I do if an item is broken on delivery?

In order to lodge a claim, speak directly to USPS. You must provide photos of the item, the external packaging as well as photos of the packing material around the item. You must hold onto all items/packaging until the claim has been finalized.

What do I do if an item is lost during delivery?

Submit a missing mail search request with USPS. It can take a couple of weeks, but this often gets the product moving again.
