If you have alot of paper, ink and time. Print it out, I havent tried to projector method YET but I believe it would be alot easier and less time consuming.

Each size is its own PDF file so if you're between sizes you can't grade the pattern easily There's no notions list and there's only one width of fabric accounted for when you look at the cutting guide. There's no list of recommended fabrics OR amounts needed. But the instructions seem decent. once I get a response to my question to the seller about notions and fabrics I'll be able to test them out.
