How to Order Personalized Items

-Select your options from the drop down menu on the item to be ordered. - Type personalization info in the "Add your Personalization" box. -Please understand that personalized items cannot be returned. -Add item to your cart and proceed to checkout If you have any questions feel free to message me via the Etsy message system and I will get back to you as soon as I can. -Every persons size is so unique. If possible, measure one of your necklaces or bracelets to assist in choosing a suitable length. -Sizing for Children - just like adults, sizes vary greatly for kids. If possible, take a measurement of your child to insure best fit. If not possible - many of my child jewelry items have size guidelines in the item details. They are guidelines only, however I have found that they seem to be pretty accurate based on customer feedback.

Production time varies depending on order volume. Please message me if you have questions.

If you need your item sooner than the posted production time: -Please contact me via Etsy message BEFORE ordering to insure that I can accommodate your time request. -I will need to know when you need your order by. -You need to select Priority Mail OR Express for the shipping option.

Care of silver and does silver tarnish?

Can sterling silver tarnish? Yes it can. Sterling silver can discolor and tarnish, but can be brought back to its original shine. -Keep jewelry clean and minimize tarnish from dirt or oxidation by storing clean jewelry in an airtight zip-lock bag or other airtight container when not worn. Keep away from chemicals such as lotions, perfumes, hand sanitizers, chlorine, and harsh cleansers. -If your silver does tarnish, simply clean it with silver polish paste (do not use liquid dip cleaners). A paste of water and baking soda will also do the trick. Toothpaste can even remove tarnish. -Sterling silver is not required to be stamped with 925 in the USA.
