🍬 You have the right to cancel your order and get a refund, but only up to 24 hours after purchase. 🍬 No returns are permitted. According to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, bespoke custom-made goods do not have a cooling off period. 🍬No refunds or exchanges will be given if you decide you do not like the final product. 🍬No refunds or exchanges will be given if you selected the wrong phone model when ordering. ⭐ What happens if goods are damaged, lost or stolen?

📦 Etsy's policy states that sellers are not responsible for non-delivery of goods, delivery delays or delivery errors, as long as proof is provided that the item was dispatched on time. 📦 All my products are packaged securely and I am not responsible if items are damaged by the delivery company. 📦 I am also not responsible if your package has been stolen.

⛓️💥 What if a mistake has been made?

🍭 If I have made a mistake with your order, for example if the item received is the wrong model or a completely different design from the listing you ordered (i.e. not-as-described), I am responsible. 🍭 In the event of these scenarios, you must notify me within seven days of receiving the product and send me pictures as proof of the mistake. 🍭Only in the event of these scenarios, I will pay for the postage with tracking for you to return the item and send you the correct replacement. 🍭You must post the item back to me within seven days of receiving the product. 🍭The item must not be used and must be returned within the original packaging.

By ordering custom-made products from me, you agree to the following terms: 🖌️If you order a custom-made decoden case from me, please note that not all the charms will be the same as the listing photos. I reserve the right to change some of the charms if they are out of stock. 🖌️If you wish to order a bespoke case and select all charms, cream and doll yourself, please use the "Choose Your Own Design" request listing. 🖌️I do not provide progress updates, requests may not be granted. 🖌️For "Choose Your Own Design" listings only, if we fail to agree on the design or you are unhappy with the mockups, I will allow you to cancel up to 7 days after ordering. 🖌️No refunds or returns permitted on "Choose Your Own Designs" products.

This listing is for any device - a custom decora phone case for iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, Motorola, Redmi, OnePlus, Xiaomi and Sony, featuring characters including My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, Pompompurin and Hello Kitty in a Cupid / Valentine's Day theme.

Decoden cases are a Japanese trend that began in the early 2000s, where artists began decorating phone cases with cute Kawaii items, artificial whipped cream, candy, pastel colours and small chibi animal dolls.

The idea is to make each phone case personalised and unique to the user, creating a one of a kind beautiful design that brings joy 💖🌈

Each of my decoden phone cases are handmade personally by me, using non-toxic, odourless silicone cream glue, topped with resin charms and glitter.

No two designs are exactly alike and some of the charms on the case will be randomly selected, depending on availability and are all the same cuteness and quality as the pictures.

There may be small imperfections as these products are handmade.

Decoden phone cases are a piece of art and should be carefully taken care of.
