As we know how special your day is, we'll liaise with you regarding your order and send you a proof before we go to print!

Please enter the host’s names, the location and the date of the wedding into the personalisation box. You can then message us via Etsy messages with your table seating plan and any other information you think we need (in list format). Alternatively, we’ll email you a form to fill out.

**You can opt to have your table plan portrait/vertical or landscape/horizontal**

All of our signs are fully customisable so if you’d prefer to word things differently from the pictures displayed or lay your tables out differently, just tell us when placing your order. Perhaps your sign is for another event or you’d like different styled tables? Just let us know when placing your order. These table plans are suited for all occasions, including birthdays, balls, christenings etc.

Don't like our font/design/layout but need a rigid display board? No problem! Simply send us your artwork and we can print whatever you like to fit our boards.

🚚 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐄

- Once you've approved, your order will be dispatched SAME DAY or NEXT DAY at the absolute latest, with DPD or Parcelforce/Royal Mail. Please message us to organise postage upgrades.
- 'Express' shipping is ParcelForce 24 or DPD next day and is recommended for last minute orders! (Events within-10 days)
- We are NOT responsible for items being delayed or not arriving to 'expected' deadlines or dates due to third party couriers. Refunds are only issued for damaged items, not delayed.
- Orders to the Highlands/Islands/Northern Ireland will come with extra charges (sorry!)

Collection is available from Central London.

In the event of your sign being damaged in transit, we will replace your sign immediately. We require photos of the damaged board and the packaging.

Conor was absolutely fantastic with getting back to me as soon as I placed an order. He created my wedding seating chart with hours and had it delivered via express as my wedding was at the end of the same week. The package was wrapped very well and arrived very quickly.
