When will I receive my order?

Each listing shows the shipping and delivery dates. Also, once the listing is in your cart, you will be shown delivery dates for both standard (free) and the Priority shipping upgrade option. Message me with questions!

Can you rush my order?

I do my best to accommodate rush orders. There will be a rush production fee and rush shipping charges. Please message me BEFORE placing an order.

Can I get a different quantity than listed?

I don't offer custom quantities. The available quantities are shown in each listing. It is best to order extra just in case you have last minute additions to your guest list.

For personalized items, yes, I will send a screenshot of the text/layout after purchase. Previews are not available for place cards.

Is the candy included?

No, candy, bottles, tea, and any other props are NOT included.
