I ship the items once the payment clears, please mind that it may take a few days depending on the payment method.

Orders will ship to the address you announce on PayPal receipt if you pay via PayPal or to the address you announce on Etsy Payment receipt if you pay using any other method, so please make sure it's correct.

If your order includes item/items that need to be customized, please mind that would add 3-7 working days to the delivery time.

For made to order items I message you the estimate delivery times.

If you haven't received your order within the estimate delivery time given, please let me know so I can sort it out. Sooner the better.

If the parcel returns back to me undelivered for any reason, you will have to pay additional postal charges for re-sending the item.

Most of the articles in my shop are one of a kind items and they can't be reserved, so once a piece is gone it's gone for good. Grab it while you can!

Some items are available in various sizes. There's a note in the listing if there's more sizes available.

Sizing:
I try to provide sizes in inches/centimeters as almost every brand and country have different sizing markings, but natural measurements wont change. Alpha size marks (Small, Medium, Large) are rough and based on US sizes, but I would recommend you rather trust the measurements. Measure tape is truly the girl's best shopping buddy!

Custom work:
I'm now taking custom orders too. Generally I don't remake my old designs, but if you come with some geeky idea that's just too much fun to not to be done and something I'm able to do I'm in! It won't hurt you to ask! (:

To resolve disputes:
If you're unhappy with your order of item please message me directly and let's work it out. Any dispute that can't be resolved between my shop and the buyer in person, or in cooperation with third parties that are involved to fulfill the order like Etsy, Paypal and courier companies, will be resolved in Helsinki complying with Finnish law.
