* Available Sizes: 30”x36” (3ft), 30”x72” (6ft), and 30”x180” (15ft)
* Finish Options: Choose between Matte or Glossy finishes
* One-Sided Print: Designs are printed on one side of the paper
* Packaging: Your wrapping paper comes rolled (not folded) in a sturdy cardboard box
* Edges: The top and bottom edges include a white space with a bar and QR code

Personalization Options:
If your wrapping paper is eligible for personalization, we can add any name or text you would like!
* Enter the name or message you want printed in the "Personalization" field during checkout.
* Please double-check the spelling, as the text will appear exactly as typed.

Proofs (Optional):
If you’d like to see proof of the design before printing, please add "PROOF REQUESTED" in the "Personalization" box along with your custom text. For example:
"Emma – PROOF REQUESTED"
Proofs may slightly delay production, and we allow up to 36 hours for approval. If no approval is received within 36 hours, we will proceed with production to avoid further delays.

Shipping Information:
We strive to print and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that production and shipping times may be longer during the busy holiday season. We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid delays.
* How It's Shipped: Your order will arrive rolled inside a cardboard box to protect the wrapping paper.
* Shipping Address: Please ensure your Etsy shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

Material & Quality:
Our wrapping paper is printed on premium 90 GSM paper, making it durable and perfect for wrapping special gifts. You can choose between a Matte finish for a smooth, non-reflective look or a Glossy finish for a shiny, vibrant appearance.
* Design & Color: All designs are created digitally. While we strive for accuracy, please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personalized nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

I design, size, and personalize all products in-house, while a trusted third-party printer handles production and shipping. Each product is made to order just for you, which is why it may take a little longer to deliver.
