Do you ship international?

Yes, however, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes. The seller has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are set by your government. What if I received a damaged item?

All shipments will be insured. If damage occurs during shipment, notify me within three days of the delivery date so that I can make arrangements with you for a refund. I require photos of the damaged item and all packaging. Be sure to KEEP all packaging and broken item until the refund is processed. No photo proof, no refund.

I accidentally shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?

If a shipment is returned due to an error on the part of the buyer (incorrect address, etc.), the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. The item will not be re-shipped until full payment is received. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the buyer. If the buyer chooses to have the item refunded instead of reshipped, original shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price. The policy also includes an item that shipped for FREE.

My packaged shows as being delivered but I do not have it, what can I do?

Once USPS/UPS/FedEx has confirmed delivery, any claim of a missing package will be handled solely by the buyer. The best place to start is by asking your neighbors and local post office. I am not responsible for stolen packages.

Do you accept returns?

In rare cases, I will accept a return. However, the buyer must contact the seller within three days (14 for EU) of delivery; the buyer must return the item in the original packaging and in good condition. Refunds will be processed once the seller receives the return (not while in transit). Original postage paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. The buyer will pay all shipping (postage) fees on returns and not refunded by the seller. The seller will not refund return shipping (postage) or any customs/import duties, etc. which may incur.

I reserve the right to ship your item via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is most cost-efficient. Any savings of $2 or more will be refunded to the buyer.
