SVG: A vector-based format that's good for flat line drawings, icons, and logos. SVGs can be scaled to any size without losing quality because they're made up of vector graphics, not pixels. SVGs are usually smaller in file size than pixel-based images.

PNG: A lossless, raster-based format that's good for images that need crisp lines or text, transparency, or have few colors. PNGs are ideal for web graphics, like logos, social media graphics, and illustrations. PNG files are larger than JPEGs because they retain more image quality

JPEG:A lossy, raster-based format that's good for photos and images with lots of colors. JPEGs are often used for web images and email attachments because they can be compressed to small file sizes. However, the compression process can slightly degrade the image quality.

3. Edit: you can customize the icons on any design software.
