Why can't I find my downloads?

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase. If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" circle in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "download files" in a black box. (You may have to be using a laptop/computer to access the downloads...if you're on a phone you may not be able to see this button as Etsy may not be allowing ). If you're still having trouble, please feel free to message me!

How do I edit the templates?

All templates from my store can be edited in the FREE or PRO version of Canva. You will need to sign up to an account if you don't have one yet. Sign up is easy and no credit card details are required for the FREE version.

Do I need experience in digital design to use the templates in Canva?

No you don't. Canva is pretty easy to use and straightforward.

What can I edit in the templates?

You can edit anything and everything. You can change fonts, colours, add or remove elements, change placement of elements, add or remove background and much more. You are free to adapt them to your needs and liking.

Can I sell the templates?

The templates that can be be sold are marked with MRR or PLR sign. MRR (Master Resell Rights) means you can sell the template as is without altering it and keep 100% of the profit. PLR (Private Label Rights) means you can't sell them as they are need to edit the templates to match your branding and then you can sell them. Please read the listing description to see what rights come with a particular template.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Absolutely! Once you purchase a template, you can use it for as many listings or shops as you like. However, please remember that the templates are for your personal use only and cannot be resold or shared.
