I take feedback seriously, but I do need to clarify that this statement is not consistent with the product itself. The table runner you received is produced directly from the exact design shown in the listing photos, which have been approved by many previous customers without issue. I always stand behind my work and am more than willing to investigate and resolve genuine issues, but I wasn’t contacted prior to this review to provide that opportunity.
