Can I change customized information?

❤️ Please check your order details carefully before placing your order! ❤️ If the order information is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours. Order information cannot be changed once the product enters production. For the cost of changing information, please understand that we will charge appropriate fees.

Will you send proof of the product?

❤️ To get the product into production as quickly as possible, I do not provide proof of the individual design of the product. However, I'd be happy to provide proof if you'd like! Please enter in the personalization box when placing your order: Provide proof ❤️ Please be sure to allow for extra time for this as any edits you request may delay the production of your order. If I don't hear back within 24 hours of sending the proof, I will send it to production.

To keep the fibers soft and silky over time, it is very important to avoid fabric softeners when washing the product. Many laundry pods contain softeners, and we recommend not using laundry pods for this item. 👉 Wash with detergent only, do not use fabric softener 👉 Cold water wash 👉 Gentle circulation 👉 Wash separately to avoid contaminating lint on other textiles 👉 Tumble dry on low heat and remove immediately

What is the return and exchange policy?

Please contact us within 30 days after your package arrives 👉 Your order arrived damaged - please take a photo of the product and send it to us and we will remake it and send it to you 👉 Order does not match what was ordered - if the error was ours, we will gladly replace the item for free 👉 If the order is lost during mailing - please contact us at any time and we will provide feedback to the corresponding delivery provider. If the courier fails to deliver the package, we will re-create it and ship it to you

This was a gift for my mom. She just turned 86 years old. She’s usually cold, but she said the blanket is really warm. Great gift for someone you love or for yourself!
