When will my item arrive (International Orders)?

We want your order to be with you in time for your event so it is important to consider the different shipping options before you order. International standard shipping takes on average 5-15 working days. This shipping service does not include a tracking function so if you are concerned about your order not arriving in time, please purchase the 5-8 working day Tracked & Signed Shipping Service. International Tracked & Signed Delivery takes on average 3-5 working days to European locations and 5-8 working days to everywhere else. This service has a full tracking function in most areas. This service needs a signature upon delivery. If you would like to discuss your shipping options with us please drop us a message before placing your order.

Custom and personalised orders

International Standard Shipping is an economy shipping service that has no tracking function so once your order is shipped by us we will not be able to provide any means to locate your package. If you chose this shipping service we cannot take any liability if your order is lost as this is not a tracked service. We do offer a Tracked & Signed shipping service on all of our products. We take full responsibility for all packages sent via the tracked and signed shipping service. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND using the Tracked & Signed international shipping service. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.

When will my order arrive (Uk orders)?

We offer 1st Class and 2nd Class on all of our products for orders shipped to UK locations. We ship via Royal Mail in the UK so any orders sent via Standard Shipping will be sent using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service which has a delivery aim of 2 working days. The delivery aim for 1st Class mail is 1 working day. Please note these estimations are provided by Royal Mail and there can be delays during busy times like Black Friday or Christmas. Please contact us should you require next day delivery or should you have any other questions.

If I return an item, will my initial postage be refunded?

Customers are more than welcome to return an item if it is no longer needed. If the product is not personalised and still in the original packaging you will receive a full refund for the item. Unfortunately we can not refund the initial postage as Royal Mail will also have charged us for delivering the item to you.
