DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE A TRACKING / INSURANCE?

Standard shipping is always tracked. Find all the tracking info in the notification e-Mail of shipment you get from Etsy. Sometimes your tracking number takes few days to update before working, that is normal, the french post no longer scans parcels at the deposit but on the way only. If you’d like an insurance or any other shipping upgrade feel free to contact me.

If you need to get your order by a special date I recommend choosing priority shipping. FR = 2 to 4 business days EU = 5 to 10 business days US = 11 to 22 business days AU, rest of the world = 10 to 20 business days + Add these times to the 1-2 business days allowed for me to ship your package.

If you want your item quickly, choose PRIORITY SHIPPING at checkout. With PRIORITY Here are the shipping times expected: FR = 2 business days EU = 5 to 8 business days (weekends/days off excluded) US = 6 to 9 business days AU, rest of the world = 5 to 10 business days + Add these times to the 1-2 business days allowed for me to ship your package. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES?

🇪🇺EU & UK orders have 14 days to return or exchange an item. Please contact me before initiating the process. You are responsible for both shipping back & new shipping (if exchange). I don’t refund initial shipping price, only item price. The garment must be in the same condition as you received it, with tag attached if there was one. Otherwise I could not accept your return and I’ll be obliged to send it to you again. 🌍 Unfortunately I can no longer accept returns of orders outside the EU & UK. The international taxes rules have evolved and don’t allow to receive an item back without paying for high customs fees. If you have a concern with your order, please contact me and we’ll try to find a solution.

There’s only one thing to do: Compare the measurements with a similar garment of your closet. Above all for pants, jumpsuits, and other fitted garments. Do not only take in consideration the estimated size indicated in the listing. It’s just here to let you know at first sight if it “could” fit you. All measurements are taken flat, from seam to seam. Please follow the scheme, last pic i put on almost all listings. It’s trustfully, I’ve done it on purpose and shows how I measure the garment myself. I LIVE IN THE US, WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING + CUSTOMS FEES?

Due to recent changes in US customs rules, shipping costs to the United States have had to increase. I am very sorry for this adjustment! Rest assured, the price you see at checkout already covers all customs and import fees, so there will be no extra charges when your package arrives. I promise to update shipping costs if the situation even returns to normal, so you’ll always pay the fair rate.

If a garment is pinned I precise it in the listing. I pin the clothes not often, except at pants waist sometimes when they fit big.

Please contact me, if it’s seems long for you, maybe your parcel is stuck in customs, or shipping delayed. I could not be responsible for shipping delays, I’m sorry, I have no control on it. But if this arrives, be sure that I’ll do my best to help you find your parcel and open a case with the post.

WHAT IF I UNCLAIM MY PACKAGE?

I you don’t claim your package and it’s returned to me for that reason, I will refund the item price as soon as I receive it back, minus the initial shipping price and custom taxes if applied. Usually you have a honest amount of time to get it before it got returned, as always let me know if you face an issue I’ll try to help.
