Returns/Refunds:
• If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refund will only be made to the product and not the shipping cost.
• For returned products, we do not sell them for a second time and will keep a $5 restocking fee to cover the cost of processing the materials.
• Crazy Cute Things holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

Lost or Damaged Parcels:
For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.

Returned Mail:
For packages that have been "returned to sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses, please contact us when you find out or we will take the initiative to contact you. We can resend the package to the correct address, with the reshipping cost covered by the customer.

Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply at their country's borders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
