Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on spreadsheets once they’ve been downloaded. If you made an accidental purchase, please avoid downloading it; we can only cancel your order if nothing has been downloaded. Can I use it in Excel? Do you have an Excel version?

Currently, our budget spreadsheets are designed specifically for Google Sheets and are not compatible with Excel. While both programs are similar, their formulas and setups differ significantly. Exporting a spreadsheet to Excel will cause the formulas to break, preventing it from functioning as intended. We recommend using our spreadsheets exclusively in Google Sheets, which is free with a Google account.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

You’ll receive a download link via email immediately after your purchase. You can also access it at www.etsy.com/your/purchases. It’s perfect for last-minute gifts! If you have trouble locating the download link, let us know, and we’ll help you out.

I can't access my spreadsheet or it opens in view-only mode. What should I do?

If your spreadsheet won’t open or opens in view-only mode, try these steps: Click “File” → “Make a copy” to create a version you can edit. Access the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop. Ensure there’s enough space in your Google Drive. Use a different browser. Make sure you’re signed in to Google Sheets. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to us on Etsy for further assistance.
