Is my order shipped with tracking and insurance?

For domestic shipping: The answer is yes and no Tracking yes, insurance no You can choose Priority mail for a fee. Priority mail is insured for I believe 50.00. If you want insurance to be added to your order for an additional fee please ask BEFORE placing your order. For any shipping outside of US, please be aware of your country's import taxes, VAT charges, and customs delays, as we are not responsible for those in any way, our charges strictly shipping charges. Not tracked or insured. There is a tracking number but some countries do not track so please ask your local post office if they work with usps and track.

Returns, Exchanges, Store Credits????

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (I know that sounds harsh and we really aren't harsh and want you to be super pleased but these items are very vintage, antique old and many are cut to order, it just doesnt work well to accept returns. We try to take solid pictures from every angle, even the troubled areas, so please refer to pics for best descriptions) Also, please be aware that every computer monitor shows colors differently, and even the camera lens can lie. We make every effort to put up pictures that best depict the color in real life, but it may not always be 100% correct, please allow for color variation. And lastly, always good to keep in mind that these are vintage and antique items you are purchasing.
