Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, I do not accept any returns or exchanges, however if you have issues with your order you can always message me. A refund may be issued if the item was damaged in the shipping process. In case of an issue with an order, within 30 DAYS of the purchase, please proceed as follows: 1- Provide a detailed picture of the issue. 2-Ship the order back to the address it was sent from. 3-Once proof of shipping (post office receipt) is received, I will process to issuing the refund, which takes Etsy a couple of days. 4-Items must be shipped within 7 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE INITIAL ISSUE MESSAGE FROM THE BUYER. 5-Please note that shipping fees are not reimbursed to the buyer. No other option is accepted.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes I do offer gift wrapping/packaging and custom cards upon request, only for select items such as jewelry and accessories. Please read the item description before selecting the gift wrap option to check if it applies to that exact item. Print on demand items don't have gift wrapping available.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes! All my parcels are tracked, however, an item is sent domestically, as a letter, it will not have a tracking.

How is the jewelry made to be safe and clean?

All the materials are sanitized, gloves and hand sanitizer are used during the making/packing process. Most items are coated with a protective lacquer to prevent metal oxidation or damaging.
